The 8th of March 2018 was also an opportunity to communicate the INDH report, especially that relating to the achievements benefiting women in particular. This communication day was also an opportunity to broadcast a short film to highlight the importance given to women in the programs of the INDH, especially the rural woman who is a key player in the implementation of actions and projects designed to promote human and socio-economic development.
