The transversal program is based on two main components:
Income generating activities section
The transversal program through its AGR component promotes the social and economic integration of poor and vulnerable populations, as well as the promotion of local products.
Eligibility requirement:
The following projects are eligible for INDH funding:
- project that ensures the integration of young people and other target categories of the INDH
- Actions enabling the development of the sectors such as agriculture, crafts, tourism …
- Projects driven by young people such as plumbing, mechanics, electricity and others
- Trade and industry actions such as catering, vegetable and fruit processing and others
- Actions aimed at the development of new information technologies such as cyber-cafes and others
Accompanying section
This section concerns the support of actions with high impact on human development all over rural communes and non-urbanized areas, which allows to the province through the procedure of call for projects, to fit into the dynamics of INDH
Eligibility requirement:
- Projects which Improve access to infrastructure, basic services and equipment
- Social, cultural and sports animation actions
- High impact actions
- The insertion of women and young people in the economic and social fabric
- The preservation of the environment and natural resources
