Because of its originality and innovative nature, the INDH is based on a new philosophy and a new style of management. The Royal Speech of May 18, 2005 is the roadmap and the reference which leans on a base of values namely, human dignity, the confidence of Moroccans in themselves and in the future of their country and the participation of all the concerned population, through participatory diagnosis and the declination of needs expressed in projects. Furthermore, good governance and sustainability are basic values, which support an intelligent and democratic governance, and which gives the possibility to all development actors to be strongly involved in the decision-making process.
