The Ministry of Interior created the DAS in 2005. It belongs to the Governor authority and it’s comprises of three services:
- Proximity Communicationservice
- Forming and Capacity Building service
- Monitoring and Evaluation Service
These serviceshaveskilled and qualified human resources howplay the role of focal point for provincial coordination of human development activities.
