The major objective of the INDH is not only to fight in the short and medium terms, against poverty, exclusion and precariousness but also to endow the country with a high level of overall human development in the longer term. And this through:
- The social upgrading of poor neighbourhoods and disadvantaged rural communes
- Accessibility to basic social infrastructure and services
- Promotion of stable income generating jobs and activities
- Assistance to people in high vulnerability or with special needs.
